Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state has ordered contractors to complete the N9.3 billion flyover bridge and Customs/Muna dual carriage road projects and two others by December 15, 2021. The other two projects for completion include the Sujuri Mega School and Doctors’ quarters on Airport road, Maiduguri.
Zulum gave the directives at the weekend, while inspecting uncompleted projects in Maiduguri metropolis, the state capital. He also expressed satisfaction with the quality of work and levels of completing the four projects for commissioning this year. The Governor also directed officials supervising the projects to ensure that all contractors who deliver to the terms of contracts are promptly paid for completing them.
