Hon. Saheed Wasiu Obafemi has sworn his Oath of Allegiance and Oath of Membership as a new Member representing Kosofe II in the Lagos State House of Assembly. Hon. Saheed is an alumnus of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he studied Economics and emerged as the winner at the recently concluded Bye Election to secure the seat of Kosofe II. The Speaker, Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Mudashiru Obasa while congratulating Hon. Saheed, he implored him to collaborate with other Members of the House in order to sustain the success and the achievement of the House. “I am sure you have much to learn from other Members and whatsoever you are not clear about ,feel free to approach the Clerk of the House or Mr. Speaker’s office as my office is always open to receive you. I wish you all the best.” The Speaker stated. It would be recalled that the erstwhile Hon. Member Tunde Braimoh passed away on the 10th July 2020 which led to a bye-election in Kosofe II.
