CRPP ATTACKS ATIKU

Date:

It has come to the knowledge of the COALITION OF REGISTERED POLITICAL PARTIES ( CRPP ) that the CUPP has issued forms to it’s members, so as to assess them and then decide on which Candidate to support. The forms contain information like;
1. Such Member should state it’s strength (Presence) in the 774 LGA of the Country.
2. To State the Number of their Governors, Senators, House of Reps Members in the National Assembly, etc.
3. To state the Members elected as Local Government Chairmen, State Houses of Assembly, Councilors,etc.
While the CRPP can tolerate Criteria No.1, we however frown at Criteria Number 2 and 3, and we see this as a deliberate act to discredit and disenfranchise other Members fielding Presidential Candidates.
We are all aware that the ONLY Party that has the highest number of Senators, House of Reps members, Local Government Chairmen, State House of Assembly Members, Councilors, apart from the Ruling Party (APC), is the PDP. Hence it will not be surprising to say that the CUPP is working for the PDP. They have always been one-sided, a sheep in Wolf’s clothing. Pretending to join forces with the other Member Political parties and wrestle power from the APC.
We by this Press Conference/Statement are advising all Members of the CUPP to look inwards, as such decisions can not take them anywhere but disaster.
Signed;
Hon.(Amb). Tracy Agol,
Publicity Press Secretary
For;
Comrade Michael Obasuyi,
National Chairman, CRPP.
