Children Living with Cancer, Foundation, CLWF, organised series of events to mark the childhood Cancer International Day. It was an opportunity to reach out, come together and raise their voices against childhood cancer.
The foundation which has been in existence for 13 years, also called for concerted and accelerated action to support the cure and care of children and adolescents with cancer.
Dr Nneka Nwobi, who is the founder of CLWCF, said she intends to do more to create awareness and solicit for support for the children who at times are as young as nine months.
