It was an atmosphere of ecstasy yesterday when I met with the Emir of Gombe, one of the youngest First Class Emirs in Northern Nigeria, HRH Alhaji Abubakr Shehu Abubakr III, whose late father was a long time friend of my late father, Dr. Oladebo (of blessed memories), when he served as the Pro Chancellor of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi State.
We had quality time to discuss most pressing issues and challenges facing Nigeria especially the aspect of seeking effective governance, good representation with responsibilities at the hallowed chamber which its inauguration will come up on 13th June, 2023.
The meeting was geared towards ensuring quality leadership and effective representation for the growth of our Federal Constituency.
