Calabar. Magistrate Ashipu is one of the 29 Magistrates that Governor Ayade has refused to pay for the last 2 years. She is a single mother of two kids. Imagine the danger of allowing such a woman holding such a sensitive position in penury for 2 years? The police have seized her phone and are already threatening to use force to remove her from the front of the governor’s office.
