Lawmakers of the Lagos State House of Assembly confirmed additional two nominees from Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the Lagos State Audit Service Commission at the Plenary on Monday.
The Nominees’ are: Mr. Jimoh Akanbi Ibrahim who was absent at the first confirmation date and Prince Yacoob Ishola Balogun as Members of the Commission.
The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa directed the Clerk of the House, Mr. Azeez Sanni to forward the list of the confirmed persons to the Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
It would be recalled that the House had confirmed Chairman, Mrs Oluwatoyin Adepeju Adegbuyi Onikoyi, Mr. Emmanuel Sunday Kappo, and Mrs. Ojosipe-Ogundinmu Jokotola who were also presented by the Governor for Screening on the 14th May, 2020.
