The National Chairman of the Presidential Advisory on the Elimination of Drug Abuse(PACEDA), Gen. Buba Marwa (rtd) and his entourage arrived Yola, the capital city of Adamawa State.
The Committee is in Adamawa state as part of its nationwide consultation with crucial stakeholders on how to address the alarming rate of substance abuse in Nigeria.
