A team of Public Speaking Advocates and Conflict Resolution Consultants, JAW JAW Africa, has commiserated with the family of Ace Broadcaster, Tosin Bucknor, on the loss of “area mama” as she is fondly called.
The Management of Jaw Jaw Africa further noted that Tosin was an exemplary public speaker who obviously believed in dialogue as opposed to violence.
The team made this known in a release made available to journalist on Tuesday.
The statement which was signed by the initator, Victor Eniola MARK, reads in part:
“The Management of JAW JAW AFRICA received the shocking news of the death of Ace broadcaster and Public Speaker, Tosin Bucknor.
It is important to state clearly that this is a great loss for the African continent.
‘Area Mama’ was an exemplary Public Speaker who believed in dialogue in place of violence.
African youths must begin to take a cue from the broadcast carreer of tosin.
We must begin to realise that Public speaking is a viable tool for conflict prevention and resolution.
At a time like this, we must continue to commiserate with the Family while praying that God gives them the strength to bear the loss.”
