ADEMOLA ADELEKE: COURT RESTRAINS POLICE

An Ejigbo High Court in Osun state has restrained the police and her agents from arresting or detaining Senator Ademola Adeleke.

Justice A.A.Aderibigbe issued the order following application by Senator Ademola Adeleke.

In a court order issued in a motion ex-parte on Thursday,the judge ordered that the police should not take any action that will infringe on the liberty and freedom of the applicant to prepare for and participate in the Osun state Governorship elevtion scheduled for Saturday and thereafter pending the determination of the substantive apllication.

The applicant in the case is Senator Ademola Adeleke  while the respondents include the Inspector General of Police  and the Commissioner of Police for Osun state command.
