BUHARI, BEST ANTI-CORRUPTION PRESIDENT IN AFRICA- NATFORCE BOSS

Former Presidential Candidate under the African Liberation Party for the 2007 general elections, and Director General National Task force For the Prohibition of Illegal Importation/Smuggling of of Arms, Ammunition and Light Weapons, (NATFORCE), Chief Osita Okereke Emmanuel, (OON) has commended President Mohammadu Buhari for his emergence as the best anti-Corruption president in Africa.
Okereke who gave the commendation yesterday in a press confrence promised to support Buharis presidential ambition “My organization has concluded strategies to recruit viable and qualifed Nigerian youths who will serve to compliment other security agencies against all forms of social ills in the country”
While appealing to the federal government to enable it work, Okereke said “My organizational survival will not be a threat and liability to the government, rather, it will assist them to boost revenue generation as it will generate over N6trillion annually”.
He commended the speaker of the House of Representatives for their promtness in passing their Bill for the second time in the floor while expressing the hope that the upper legislative chember will follow suit when they resume from break by september this year.
“The bill is very crucial to National development as its will bring an end to all kinds of farmers/fulani crisis as well as curtail proliferation of fire arms and election crisis”.

“The bill also seeks to  regulates and prohibit proliferation of Fire Arms and  ammunitions including light weapons into and outside the country”. he stressed

“Let me remind us that the Bill, the National Commission for the prohibition of Ilegal importation of Small Arms, Ammunitions and Light Wepons(Bill No 639 of 2014) moved by Honourable Ibrahim Bello,  has scale through 2nd reading in the federal House of Representatives while awaiting that of the upper Legislative Chember”.

Okereke urged other security agencies in the country not to see their emergence as a threat but as friends in the Nigeria Project, adding that “The security situation in the country now should not be tacled by one agency no matter how much they claim to have been equipped”.

On the state of the nation, Okereke lamented on some politicians attitude of moving from one political party to another saying that “Such negative trend is only possible in Nigeria because most politicians are political prostitutes just to discredit President Buhari ambition in next year election”.
