Olori Ronke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi kicks off Africa Fashion Week Brazil in Celebration of Africa Day*

In celebration of this year’s Africa Day, Wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Ronke Ademiluyi Ogunwusi is currently puting African Fabric on the spotlight as the Africa Fashion Week Brazil Holds*

Nigeria’s indigenous fabric the Adire and Ankara,  takes centre stage in Brazil this week, as the maiden edition of the Africa Fashion Week Brazil, AFWBrazil holds in Sao Paulo.

Holding at the Expo Center Norte, Sao Paulo,  Brazil, the three day event which kicked off on Thursday, 25th May, to run through the 27th is organised by Queen Aderonke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi in partnership with businesswoman Silvana Saraiva, Chairman of Brazil Chamber of Commerce and Chief Executive Officer, CEO of FeaFro Institute, Brazil.

The AFWBrazil is aimed at promoting the richness of African culture through fashion and more importantly, promoting trade and investment in the creative industry between the two countries.
