Alvaro Morata doesn’t help himself sometimes. A few weeks ago Morata was receiving shedloads of praise after Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 3-1 in the Premier League.
Morata spearheaded Chelsea’s victory that day scoring a brace.
The Spanish striker has scored five goals in the league this season, which is more than Man United’s Romelu Lukaku, and just three goals less than top-scorer Sergio Aguero.
Yet, the feeling remains that Morata continues to struggle in front of goal.
During Spain’s UEFA nations league encounter against Bosnia, Morata was named in the starting line up. And in the 64th minute, Minutes before leaving for the game. Marcos Asensio took a well hit shot inside the 18 yard box, the ball rebounded to Morata, who couldnt still give his team the lead as he missed an open goal.
