On 17/11/2019 at about 09:00hrs, the Command arrested one Mudassiru Tanimu, m, aged 18yrs of Barhim village, Batagarawa LGA of Katsina state who conspired with one Nafi’u Umar, m, aged 18yrs of the same address (now at large) and prepared a mixture of drug concoction which was administered to people in a wedding event celebration. Consequently, one Iliyasu Musa, m, aged 25yrs and Rabi’u Sani, m, aged 16yrs of the same address drank the concoction and went into frenzy of unconsciousness. Victims were rushed to General Hospital, Katsina were the former was confirmed died while the later in a state of deep intoxication. Suspect confessed to the crime. Investigation is ongoing.
