OPINION: AS THE CAMPAIGN BEGINS

Date:

If you fight because of Buhari and or Atiku, of what benefit to you, to the campaign and to Nigeria is your diatribe and abuses? Let’s dwell on issues.
It must be COUNTRYFIRST, your biases notwithstanding. As an individual I have chosen Atiku over Buhari, don’t pity or worry about me, let’s debate the issues,  don’t tell me about integrity when everywhere you see demonic corruption in high places directly linked, and or connected to the President as Minister of Petroleum, and to his trusted aides and allies.
The so-called integrity of Citizen Buhari has been fatally nailed to the cross by President Buhari through repeated own-goals, his penchant for blame-games is Olympic, his disdain for the Rule of Law unheard of in our democratic history, his nepotistic tendencies atavistic, and his failures legendary.
As you debate remember the inimitable words of Mitt Romney on LEADERSHIP. ‘Leadership is about responsibility, not making excuses’.
To me, job creation, security, housing, power, and restructuring are at the heart of the matter, so don’t bring me jargons about ‘what is being done’ that is hidden from the eyes, or are projects invisible?
Let’s debate the issues, for the lifespan of propaganda is short, and even shorter is the lifespan of falsehood.
Please don’t fight, debate me. Fighting each other will debase the debate. Let’s kill the insults and the invectives. If you may ponder on this, even the children of the people you are fighting for and working for, club together, love each other and relate on personal and business levels, and some of them have their kids and siblings working as appointees of their ‘perceived’ political foes. Atiku and Buhari are not enemies, Bukola Saraki and Tinubu are political opponents not enemies, Festus Keyamo and I, Chris Mustapha Nwaokobia Jnr remain great friends, but I shall flaw him deeply on issues in this campaign, and he knows that.
Let’s debate Nigeria, let’s debate the future, let’s debate issues.
To the issues, my Esteemed Compatriots. To the issues, Dear Friends.
Blessedness.
Chris Mustapha Nwaokobia Jnr
PUBLICITY SECRETARY/SPOKESPERSON TURAKI VANGUARD.
